Back to the Basics

You can go to any social media platform and find thousands of exercises. Some seemingly fancy, some seemingly boring, and some with multiple modalities. It's common to feel the need to do the fancy because the person who demonstrated it looks "cool" or "athletic" doing it, right? But, the boring exercises are likely where you'll spend most of your time. And by most, if I had to put a number on it, I mean 96% of the time. The basics are going to carry you through every training phase you enter, regardless of your goals, experience, fitness level, age, or gender.

Above are a few examples of each category. These movements will provide you with a well-rounded program, hitting all zee muscle groups. All of my clients, both the ones new to training and the ones who have had decades of training experience, do these lifts. The basics work.
