Highlands Ranch Personal Trainer

made for the individual who wants to:

lifting & Cardio

- Customized 45-minute lifting sessions

- Personalized cardio training

- New workouts every 4-8 weeks 

Nutritional Habits

- Fueling suggestions to improve performance in the gym and on the trails

- Habit stacking to improve overall health

Accountability

- Goal setting assistance with action plan

- Accountability within training sessions

- Additional in-app support Monday-Friday

Virtual personal TRAINING

$77-$86/session

3x/week: $462 bi-weekly payments

2x/week: $324 bi-weekly payments

$125-$155/session

3x/week: $750 bi-weekly payments

- 3 full body lifts
