If you have your eyes on a Class 1 or 2 14er, this is the program for you! This 16 week program gradually increases your mileage from 2-4 miles to 5-9 miles and elevation gain from 500'-750' to 2,000'-3,500' so you can confidently summit your first few 14ers or high altitude hikes.
Duration: 16 weeks
Level: Beginner (baseline fitness of walking 1-3 miles)
Frequency: 3 cardio sessions/week
Level up your approach to Class 1 and up to easy Class 3 14ers with our progressive hiking program! This 16 week program gradually increases your mileage from 4-6 miles to 8-13 miles and elevation gain from 1,750'-2,000' to 3,800'-7,200' so you can feel prepared while continuing to check off your 14er list.
Duration: 16 weeks
Level: Intermediate (baseline fitness of hiking 3-5 miles)
Frequency: 4 cardio sessions/week
If you're new to hiking or want to become a weekend day hiker, this program is for you! This 12 week program gradually increases your mileage from 1-3 miles to 5-7 miles and elevation gain from 200'-500' to 1,000'-1,500' so you can feel strong on the trails and enjoy the views along the way.
Duration: 12 weeks
Level: Beginner (baseline fitness of walking 0-2 miles)
Frequency: 3 cardio sessions/week
If you want to get more comfortable with your day hikes and begin dabbling in longer treks and steeper terrain, this program is for you! This 12 week program gradually increases your mileage from 3-5 miles to 8-10 miles and elevation gain from 500'-750' to 2,000'-3,000' so you can confidently hike longer and further.
Duration: 12 weeks
Level: Intermediate (baseline fitness of hiking 2-5 miles)
