Somehow we're only a couple months out from the end of 2023. MIND. BLOWN. We're entering the months of deals ahead 👀. Prime Day is coming up in about a week, Black Friday and Cyber Monday are just around the corner in November, plus, many companies have even adopted having deals throughout the whole month of November! As we approach the season of giving, I thought I'd share some fitness-related items I'd suggest watching out for. Note: I do not know for a fact that deals will be happening on these items, but I would keep your eyes peeled if you're in the market!
Here are five 2023 Black Friday fitness deals to look out for: 1. Bow Flex offers many types of gym equipment, but I specifically recommend their adjustable dumbbells as an addition to your home gym. They are versatile and compact making it easy to use during your workout and stow away when you're not. REP Fitness provides an array of gym equipment from squat racks and barbells, to boxes and slam balls. I use and recommend their 16"/20"/24" box. Although there hasn't been enough research to show whether or not it's beneficial for long-term recovery, it can help with temporary muscle relief and blood circulation. Learn more about Hyperice. 4. Amazon in general is a great place to start if you're looking for individual pieces of equipment (i.e., single sets of dumbbells, a single kettlebell, yoga mat, percussion massagers, resistance bands, etc.). One thing in particular I'd look out for is a walking pad. If you have a stand-up desk and want to increase your daily step count, a walking pad may be a helpful tool. Costco has fitness equipment, including dumbbell sets and percussion massagers at a decent price regularly.
