Tired of eating processed protein bars? Me too. I needed a change and this quick and easy recipe allowed me to do so! It may not have 20g of protein in it like some protein bars, but these little bites will give you just the right amount of sweet while supplementing you with the necessary nutrients.
Protein Energy Balls
1 cup dry old-fashioned oats
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/3 cup flax seeds
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
1/3 cup honey
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1. Thoroughly mix all ingredients together in a medium-sized bowl.
2. Cover bowl and set in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
3. Once chilled, roll into 1" balls. Recipe should make 20-25 balls.
*Store in an air tight container for up to 7 days.
