Workout Jams

Music can make or break a workout for me. If I don't have upbeat or enthusiast music playing, I tend to feel sluggish and don't give it my all. I recommend that you create or find a playlist prior to gym arrival. This will save you time from constantly hitting "next" or searching for song on your phone. AKA, more time to focus on you and your goals! Here's a glance at my current go-to jams, as well as the classics.
